First: Introduction
As part of ongoing humanitarian efforts to support vulnerable and low-income families, and on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr, the Human Health and Humanitarian Action Network, in cooperation with the Popular Aid Organization, implemented a humanitarian aid campaign targeting the most vulnerable families, in addition to orphaned children. The campaign aimed to alleviate living burdens and promote social solidarity during this المبارك occasion.
Second: Objectives of the Campaign
Supporting vulnerable families and meeting part of their essential needs.
Contributing to improving the living conditions of low-income households.
Bringing joy and happiness to orphaned children during Eid.
Promoting the values of solidarity and social cohesion.
Third: Target Groups
Vulnerable and low-income families.
Families facing difficult economic conditions.
Children residing in orphan care centers.
Fourth: Activities Implemented
The campaign included the following activities:
Distribution of Food Baskets:
A total of (384) integrated food baskets were distributed to vulnerable families in Sulaymaniyah and surrounding areas.
Provision of Financial Assistance:
Direct financial aid was provided to (58) low-income families.
Provision of Supplies for Orphaned Children:
Essential supplies were prepared and distributed to children residing in orphan care centers. These included clothing, personal items, and basic necessities, aiming to bring joy and happiness to them during Eid al-Fitr.
Fifth: Achieved Results
Supporting hundreds of vulnerable families and improving part of their living conditions.
Providing direct financial assistance to the most disadvantaged households.
Bringing joy to orphaned children by meeting their essential needs and Eid requirements.
Strengthening social solidarity within the community.

The increasing number of families in need compared to available resources.
Limited financial resources.
Difficulty in covering all vulnerable groups.

Increasing funding allocated for humanitarian activities.
Expanding program coverage to reach more beneficiaries.

The Human Health and Humanitarian Action Network, in cooperation with the PAO , reaffirms its commitment to continuing its humanitarian efforts to support the most vulnerable groups and to implementing impactful initiatives that improve quality of life and strengthen social solidarity.
