Together, the IRO Organization and the Human Network have coordinated an extensive training initiative. This collaborative effort resulted in a training workshop dedicated to the intricacies of needs assessment. This event attracted the participation of numerous non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and committed volunteers, forming a cohort of twelve individuals.
The main aim of this training was to provide participants with the necessary knowledge and tools to proficiently conduct needs assessments within their respective organizations and communities.
The morning session commenced with a valuable theoretical overview of needs assessment methodologies and optimal approaches. Esteemed speakers shared their expertise, underscoring the significance of accurate needs assessment in the triumphant execution of humanitarian and community development endeavors. The interactive portions of the session encouraged active engagement, facilitating the exchange of ideas and a wide array of perspectives.
